Works perfectly, peace has been restored!
My husband easily installed this door and it stopped my cat from bringing in a vole the very first day! Since then we’ve seen several stops AND there haven’t been any misses. I no longer wake up dreading what “gift” is going to left on our stairs, my carpets actually stay clean, and I can better enjoy my cat and my house. Great product, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

Great product and great team. This cat flap solved our problem of our cats bringing us “gifts” ( both dead and alive) into the house. Since installation, the flap has sensed and prevented every attempt. In addition to the product, the OnlyCat team is super helpful with any issues or questions. Highly recommend!

I cannot praise this company and product enough. For years with different cats and in particular with our 2 year old boy we have had to live with them bringing in mice and rats and birds. Our young man brought in a live rat and dropped it in the bedroom for us, so kind! This cat flap is a game changer. I can go to bed and keep my bedroom door open and sleep easy. The company is fantastic as well, you ask a question and get an immediate response, they have also set up a fb page for purchasers of the cat flap so we can all share our experiences and help each other. They are fantastic and the product is out of this world.

No more Mr Mice Guy

No more Mr Mice Guy! Exchanging my existing cat flap (Sure flap) to OnlyCat took me five minutes, installation to wifi and app to set up the system took additionally three minutes. One hour later all the three cats were identified and “trained” to the cat flap. Within 24 hours the system blocked cats with “unwanted gifts” twice. A total life saver.

OnlyCat has saved my sanity.

I was fed up with frequent nights of broken sleep and having to remove live or dead mice at 4am – and usually live but injured birds at all times of the day. Whilst not 100% perfect, OnlyCat has changed all of that and saved my sanity.
It videos the cat entering the flap and locks, if there is any sign of ‘contraband’ in the cats mouth. I’m not too good on the technical stuff but put simply everyone videos are uploaded to the OnlyCat server where the programme learns, evolves, adapts and improves for the benefit of all users and new purchasers. Users also have access to the company via email, Facebook user group, message and even telephone and they are super keen to help.
All in all I’m very pleased with the product and the amazing company support and very happy to recommend it to anyone.

Got our quality of life back

We were already using a SureFlap cat flap. Unfortunately our two cats prefer to deliver their prey to us alive (mice, birds, bats, earthworms).

On rainy nights we often had to chase mice around the house several times. It wore our nerves down. Birds that messed up the whole house while we were at work and then got plucked anyway are also a thing of the past now.

The flap was in stock and delivery reached us within a week. On delivery there were about €35 of customs charges. Payment was by credit card or advance transfer.

Installation was easy, as the flap fits the SureFlap opening. The OnlyCat does need power, though. A socket has to be within reach.

At first our flap did not show up as a device in the app. Support solved that straight away.

The app is now also available in German, which makes handling considerably easier.

One cat was going in and out after just 2 days. The second cat took two weeks to start using it.

Prey was detected from the very beginning! What a gain for our lives.

Lebensqualität zurückbekommen

Wir hatten bereits eine SureFlap Katzenklappe in Gebrauch. Leider bevorzugen unsere zwei Katzen uns ihre Beute lebendig zu überbringen (Mäuse, Vögel, Fledermäuse, Regenwürmer).

In regnerischen Nächten mussten wir oft mehrmals Mäuse im Haus jagen. Es zehrte an unseren Nerven. Auch Vögel, die während wir in der Arbeit waren, das Haus vollk….. und dann doch noch gerupft wurden, gehören nun der Vergangenheit an.

Die Klappe war auf Lager und die Lieferung war innerhalb einer Woche bei uns. Bei Lieferung wurden ~35€ Zollgebühren fällig.
Bezahlung ging per Kreditkarte oder Vorab-Überweisung.

Installation war einfach, da die Klappe in die SureFlap-Öffnung passt. Jedoch benötigt die OnlyCat Strom. Eine Steckdose muss in Reichweite sein.

Unsere Klappe wurde erst nicht in der App als Gerät angezeigt. Der Support löste dieses Problem umgehend.

Inzwischen gibt es die App auch in „Deutsch“, was das Handling deutlich einfacher macht.

Eine Katze ging bereits nach 2 Tagen ein- und aus. Die 2. Katze brauchte zwei Wochen um sie zu nutzen.

Beute wurde von Anfang an erkannt! Was für ein Gewinn für unser Leben.

Best purchase this year

Well after some stressful times with unwanted guests being brought home through our standard cat flap – we looked at the OnlyCat flap – well it has been a revelation – easy fitting and setting up of the app and monitoring our cats movements in and out.
It is truly a revolution in cat flap technology and must be the best product on the market.
For those that question the cost – please don’t worry – for it is a great product – extremely well made and you will not regret purchasing it.
The technology is so impressive and the quality of the video is outstanding.
Now we can have a good nights sleep without wondering what our little hunter is up to.
If you love your cat and want them to have the freedom they deserve – this is the perfect product for you.

The product is incredible.

The product is fantastic. My cat was bringing in live mice daily, which was an absolute nightmare (I got very good at catching mice!).

Within 10 hours of installation, the cat flap prevented entry with a mouse.

Mobile app could use a little tweaking (I experienced some minor bugs), but I honestly don’t care because there’s not a mouse trying to live under my fridge.

Happy with purchase

So far so good. Had it over a month. It stopped a present being delivered within 48 hours of being installed. It’s stopped numerous since. It works so quick it’s almost magical. Wonderful product

I ordered while the flap was still on back order, so it took about two months from ordering to receiving it (including shipping, a stop in customs, and delivery after customs). It is worth the wait. My cat is so good at hunting that we have had gifts either outside the front door or indoors (sometimes alive, sometimes dead). That meant we acted as her doorman so we could check whether she had something in her mouth. She could therefore only come in or out when we were home. Now we can safely let her come and go as she pleases. It is a fantastically good product that has worked 100% in the months we have had it so far. Thank you!

Jeg bestilte mens de stadig havde flappen i bagorder, så det tog omkring to måneder fra jeg bestilte til jeg modtog flappen (medregnet transport, stop i told, og aflevering efter told). Den er ventetiden værd. Min kat er så god til at jage at vi enten har fået gaver udenfor hoveddøren eller indenfor (nogle gange levende, nogle gange døde). Det har betydet at vi agerede dørmand for hende, så vi kunne tjekke om hun havde noget i munden. Hun kunne derfor kun komme ind eller ud når vi var hjemme. Nu kan vi trygt lade hende komme ind og ud når hun har lyst. Det er et fantastisk godt produkt som har virket 100 % i de måneder vi indtil videre har haft det. Tak til jer!

It really works

It really works – entry from hunting trips refused 100%. We had a Sureflap previously, so OnlyCat slipped in perfectly as a replacement. Our cat got used to it quickly to go out, but took a while to get used to the beeps on entry – and no doubt also because her very first attempted entry was refused – as there was a bird hanging from her jaws…
She now goes in and out happily, even immediately after she’s been locked out with prey. The poor prey is now played with outside instead of under our bed.
We’re away from home a lot and are delighted to have no more mouse traps indoors.
Good messenger service for queries on weekdays. They even replied to me at the weekend although this service is still being set up. Glad to be an early adopter at this start-up!

The best cat flap with prey detection

After several unsuccessful attempts with cat flaps and prey-detection cameras from other suppliers, we are very happy with the OnlyCat product. All the competing products worked after a fashion, but nowhere near the level of OnlyCat.
The flap (based on the SureFlap!) and the prey detection work flawlessly, quickly and reliably, and the build quality is very decent.

There are, however, a few small drawbacks:

- The app isn't (yet) as convenient as what we're used to from SureFlap (usability, the cat in/out status is missing even though the "events" are available, English only)
- Importing into the EU incurs additional customs charges (approx. EUR 35).

Die beste Katzenklappe mit Beuteerkennung

Nach diversen erfolglosen Versuchen mit Katzenklappen und Kameras mit Beuteerkennung von anderen Anbietern sind wir mit dem OnlyCat-Produkt sehr zufrieden. Alle konkurrierenden Produkte haben irgendwie funktioniert aber nicht annährend auf dem Level wie OnlyCat.
Die Klappe (Basis = SureFlap!) nebst Beuteerkennung funktioniert einwandfrei, schnell und zuverlässig, die Verarbeitung ist sehr ordentlich.

Folgende kleine Minuspunkte gibt es allerdings:

- Die App ist (noch) nicht so komfortabel wie wir das von SureFlap kennen (Usability, Status Katze drinnen / draußen fehlt obwohl die "Events" verfügbar sind, Sprache nur EN)
- Für die Einfuhr in die EU fallen zusätzliche Zollgebühren (ca. EUR 35.-) an.

The ONLYCAT cat flap is soooooo clever. I must admit I was sceptical at how effective it would be. How wrong I was. On literally the second day of use, it blocked our cat trying to bring in a mouse, the app immediately reports, and the video is immediately sharable. Brilliant!

Game changer

Doesn’t need any words that haven’t already been said, but felt the need for a positive review. Total game changer, we’ve had this 10 days and it’s stopped 7 dead (or sometimes alive) things getting in to our house. At first it feels expensive, but for the amount it will save us in carpet cleaning fees, stress to find alive animals running loose in the house, destroyed bags of huel that a mouse had eaten… we’ll soon make our money back. Also so handy to stop certain cats getting out for things like vet trips. Absolutely genius piece of tech, thank you for thinking of it!
