I'm a very happy OnlyCat cat flap customer! One of our cats just attempted & was denied his 37th prey delivery, the other one is trailing heavily at only 10 delivery attempts. We've only had the flap since May & I'm already nearing what I'd say is my "worth it" £/mouse. The system has been flawless in keeping out deliveries & we've only had one issue which required a quick power cycle to fix. It's an expensive bit of kit, but if you get as mad about having dead (or alive!) mice in your house as I do, it's worth it.

I've reclaimed my house! No more bloody carcasses greeting me every other morning on my favorite rugs. All my cats' big dead rats and squirr-hells now stay outside! YaY! Thank you OnlyCat. Yes, thank you thank you thank you :)

I’m not exaggerating when I say this cat flap changed my life. One of my cats is a menace and never kills his prey. I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve had to catch live rodents in my living room at 3am in my pyjamas.

I lost so much sleep over it, but waking up in the middle of the night chasing the local wildlife around my house is now a thing of the past thanks to the OnlyCat cat flap.

It has been installed for about a month and has intercepted at least 10 instances of live contraband. The software even apprehended my other cat when he tried to bring home a chicken nugget that he found outside. Seems to work on contraband of all shapes and sizes and so far has not failed once.

It is a bit of a faff to always have it plugged into a main socket and does require an extension lead due to my room layout. However, I’d rather an ugly extension lead than ever have to catch another rat with my bare hands again.

The app works really well and the video feed with alerts is a brilliant feature.

It was an expensive purchase, but I would absolutely recommend it for anyone with cats like mine. Very much worth the price we paid.

Brilliant innovation, faultfree!!

Unfortunately I've not had the best start with onlycat but am still optimistic the issues I've been having will get better as I noticed most customers have had a great experience. When I received my only cat Unfortunately it was faulty and the cable didn't go into the device properly and kept disconnecting. I sent it back and thankfully it was fixed very quickly and the customer care team kindly sent it back really quickly as I was going away and wanted to make sure it was working ok before I left which thankfully it was. A few times the cat flap has identified what it thinks is a contraband and hasn't let both cats in with a dirty sponge in their mouth which i have no objection to them not being allowed in with a dirty sponge instead of a prey but today the first time since the onlycat flap has been working one of my cats has been detected bringing in a bird but unfortunately the only catflap let him in with the prey which was a small bird in found in my bathroom on return from my holiday. I have reported this to the team but it's been a stressful start unfortunately. Hopefully it'll get sorted and I'll be able to report a better feedback because I still have hope after reading other reviews as its such a brilliant idea and piece of mind when it does work properly.
Tomas has got back to me and explained a very rare occurrence happened and the policy has now been set to sort things out. Trust my cat to exit the catflap and catch a bird within a very short time. The catflap has now been set to detect contraband on both entry and exit to time it correctly. Hopefully it'll be sorted now. To mention the team generally respond pretty quickly if it's important.

I love this cat door so much! Went from my cat bringing in a critter every other day, to none in over 2 years! Saved my sanity and my kitty gets to enjoy his time outside murdering.

We love our cat but not the presents she kept bringing in! Then found OnlyCat and my word…it is brilliant. Easy to swap out with our existing SureFlap and first night, it stopped Delilah bringing a rat in! Yes it ain’t cheap, but it’s so worth the investment. Their support is excellent as well…a quick phone call and they fixed a rule problem remotely. Definite 5 stars from me!

It works! I've had this for approximately 6 months and after 50 or so attempts it's got a100% record and not a single false positive. My cat has mostly stopped trying to bring prey in now but in the odd occasion she does this still stops her! It's expensive but that's because it works!

Our cat kept coming in the house with unwanted ‘companions’. The plug-and-play replacement and fitment with our previous catflap and its extensions made this a very easy replacement and despite the steep price, it is worth every penny! We doubted long, but finally decided to bite the bullet and never looked back since! No more unwanted mice and birds in the house as these are very well detected by the AI algorithm!
