Only Cat works perfect right after installation. I installed it some weeks ago and never had a mouse inside since then. I am really happy with it!

Fantastic product. Been waiting for it for a year and it is so worth every penny. It's stopped so many mice being brought in and saved all the damage in the house they used to cause. Customer support is fantastic. Highly recommend

Having installed "OnlyCat", we can say that it works very well. In the season for mice, we have had up to 5 "deliveries" in a day. As it looks now, these days are long gone! Unreserved recommendation from me and my wife.

We’ve only had our Only Cat cat flap for around 2 weeks but last night it worked and blocked one of our cats bringing in a present.

As I said to the Onlycat team a few days ago, they are geniuses and life savers in equal measure. I'm finally saved from my two cats bringing in their presents, both dead and alive. This cat flap is one of the best things I've ever purchased!

We LOVE our new kitty AI overlord that we affectionately call 'Carson'. Carson has freed us from having to manually open and close the kitty flap (we had to do so as our naughty kitty just LOVES to bring critters into the flat). Since employing Carson, we've enjoyed watching our kitty's comings and goings via video updates and seeing him 'cleared' for entry without worrying about what 'friends' he has brought with him. Buy this, you won't regret it!

For two years our little Gus was regularly (sometimes three times in one night) bringing in live mice, then chasing them around the house. We would find ourselves strategically leaving tuppaware containers around the house to aid the quick capture of his prey. It got to the point that I'd struggle sleeping, waiting to hear the old cat flap go, fully expecting him to be bringing in more victims.
Since the installation of the onlycat flap in December we have not had one uninvited guest. It has correctly identified every single time that Gus has approached with contraband in his mouth. It is a fantastic product that has genuinely improved my sleep/life.
In addition the onlycat team has been on hand to aid with any questions I have had. Five stars just isn't enough for this product/team. THANK YOU.

Absolute game changer! If anyone else fears the bang of the cat flap, especially at this time of year, this solves that problem and takes away a whole load of stress.

I was constantly checking our garden cameras when they went out to make sure one of the cats wasn't bringing anything back with them that I was going to have to chase round the house. It was easy to swap over from our previous microchip cat flap and the app has been more stable.

There are some things on this app that I miss, like a quick list of which cat is out and in, but OnlyCat are working on that and they regularly roll out updates that have also learnt that from the contraband alerts.

If you have a ninja cat that can defeat the locked in lock - one of ours worked out how to push it down and pull the door in! - you can get an optional modification done but make sure you get it done before it ships or you have to take the flap back out and send it back. They did sort it and return it within 3 days but covering the hole in the door up was a pain during that time.

If you have cats that hunt and don't want to deal with the drama you need OnlyCat in your life for sure!

Had the Only at cat flap for over a month now. Easy to set up and install (quick swap from SureFlap), I love seeing the videos of my boys coming and going throughout the day, whilst knowing I'm not going to come home to carcases on the carpet or worse, live creatures running around! Any time I've needed support, they've been quick to respond and sorted things easily. Great product and a team that really seem to care they get things right

This product is FANTASTIC! I installed my OnlyCat a couple of weeks ago, and today (for the first time since installation) my naughty cat attempted to bring in a mouse. OnlyCat did its thing - 'contraband detected', secured the flap, and denied entry! I LOVE it. So grateful for the hard work by the OnlyCat team in developing this brilliant product - a must-have for anyone whose cat likes to bring unwanted gifts into the house!

Our cat has been using a regular cat door for 2 years with no issues bringing anything unwanted into the house. He has the luxury of coming & going at his leisure. In late April he brought home a dead, gutted chipmunk and the next day he brought home a live "house mouse". I yelled his name, he let it go, it ran under the couch, and we bought 20 glue traps and 10 mouse traps. Never did get the darn thing!! After that we locked his door and he proceeded to drive us nuts meowing to go out and then at the window to come in. After an exhaustive search trying to find a cat door that wouldn't allow "contraband" to enter the house, I came upon OnlyCat. After debating the cost and that he could go back to his life of leisure and asking lots of questions to the company, we decided it was worth it. We took him to the vet and got him microchipped and connected the door to our Wi-Fi and it recognized his chip automatically. We initially set it up to unlock when it detected his chip but it takes 1-2 seconds for the door to unlock itself and he would bump his head into the flap and then walk away. We changed it to the "training" mode so door does not lock but made sure to click on the detect contraband and lock door option. Once we passed him through a couple of times he got the hang of it and realized he could now come & go. Initially he would test the door with his paw to make sure it was open. Hysterical watching on the video feed!! :-D Two nights ago at 10:49pm he tried to bring in a field mouse, 3 times the size of a house mouse! I didn't know he tried that as I didn't check the video until later in the day after I went into the garage and there was the dead mouse with his head lying next to him 🤢. I put a pail over it and when my husband got home I said, "The cat door paid for itself, he tried to bring in a mouse last night. It's in the garage under the pail." My hubby said, "That's a big mouse!" We've had it for 1-1/2 weeks and it did its job the first time! Love a product that works as advertised 👍. Hopefully the cat will learn he can't bring anything in with him, although the grandkids & I enjoyed the "contraband caper"!!

I have had my cat flap for a week now, and I am very happy with it.
Unfortunately, my first cat flap was defective, but after contacting OnlyCat, they provided excellent support. I received a new cat flap, and the communication was smooth and very customer-friendly.

Simply the best cat flap. If you have a cat that keeps bringing 'presents' (some presents being more alive than others), this will be the best thing you'll buy all year. It really works at detecting prey in your cat's mouth, is a very solid build, and looks great! I hadn't considered about the aesthetics of a cat flap, until I saw how nice the OnlyCat one was, and now I can't look at another cat flat without thinking how much better the OnlyCat one is. If you have a nice door, then it only makes sense to get a nice cat flap!

Communication with them has also been great, answered any questions/queries quickly which always helps. 10/10 would recommend, it will change your life!

No more Mr Mice Guy! Exchanging my existing cat flap (Sure flap) to OnlyCat took me five minutes, installation to wifi and app to set up the system took additionally three minutes. One hour later all the three cats were identified and "trained" to the cat flap. Within 24 hours the system blocked cats with "unwanted gifts" twice. A total life saver.

I’ve waited 9 long years to be able to sleep the whole night without the worry of my much loved cat bringing me unwanted live presents to deal with. This has meant getting up & down up to 5 times a night to let her in & out & check her jaws are free of unwanted presents.
Always a little skeptical with big purchases, are they worth it, do they do what they say on the tin. Shouldn’t have worried 100% worth it, got my sleep nights back & can go on holiday as family will now cat sit again. The prey detection works a dream & lots of extra features on the app I didn’t think I’d need nor use. Wish this had been around years ago.

What a life changing product this is! No more picking up dead mice, or hunting down live ones in the house! I saw results within the first few days of it being installed! Easy straight swap from a Sure flap (same shape), and being mains powered means it can never run out of batteries and lock my cat out!

This product works brilliantly! Our cat is a stealthy killer of anything smaller than a possum . It would regularly bring in bunnies, lizards, and rats, and being in Texas, snakes. She has tried several times to bring in various types of prey only to be blocked - I highly enjoyed seeing the technology work! This is a fantastic product and a great team of people made this product a reality. Well done!

Love the OnlyCat - was an early backer and had the flap in for a year now - such a great product and reassurance that no contraband will come through. The app is evolving as more functionality comes out, but it does exactly what you need it to right now - help manage profiles, curfew, see who has come in/out and recognise chips of our and neighbourhood cats. Like any product there may be some issues, but found onlycat very responsive and proactive in identifying what's happening - sometimes before we even spotted the issue.

Overall - thoroughly recommend - well done to the team and look forward to seeing the success from the onlycat community!

The OnlyCat is a great product! Especially in the summer, my cat brings a lot of mouses and birds inside (which are still alive...).

After installing the OnlyCat, my house is finally prey free!

Installing was quite easy, cause it fits the dimensions and screw holes of my previous cat flap. Besides that, it was really easy to pair the chip of my cat and activate a door policy. Had some trouble with the app in the beginning, but that was because of the VPN which was active. After disabling it, it worked flawlessly!

The first weeks my cat was a bit afraid of entering from the outside (maybe because of the infrared lights?), but after a couple of times she was used to it, entering and exits multiple times a night.

Great product, 5 stars recommendation! 🥳
