OnlyCat is great:
- it’s easy to use in the application
- it recognises when the cats are holding anything that’s not allowed inside and the door won’t open.
- we have two cats and the machine recognises the chips they are wearing perfectly (we ordered the chips from the website for on their bracelet)
- the service of OnlyCat is great. Our machine had to go for repair and OnlyCat is easy to reach through Facebook Messenger and replies quickly. After the machine came back for repair there was still something wrong with the machine, so they offered to send a new one. Perfect!

Attention points:
- first delivery took a long time (few weeks) because of customs (shipping from the uk to nl)
- you need a good WiFi signal

I’ve been keenly watching the development of this cat flap for a few years, waiting for some positive reviews to come through before deciding to purchase.

Finally decided to buy it and can’t believe I waited so long. It was super easy to switch out our existing cat flap and we experienced a moment of pure joy the next morning lying peacefully in bed and watching my cat attempt unsuccessfully try to bring in a mouse.

10/10 experience so far, great job to all the developers.

This is one on the best purchases I have ever made! I was reluctant at first with the price and put it off for a while just incase it didn't work. This cat flap has lived upto my expectations and the customer service is excellent if you have any queries. I use to dread coming home to see what my 3 cats had brought in. Spent countless hours chasing mice around the house to try and rescue them. This makes our lives easier and the cats seem to have learnt not to even try anymore!

This OnlyCat cat flap is a godsend. I was a bit nervous about purchasing it as it's obviously expensive but it's worked 100%. We've got 2 cats and live in a rural area, they we're bringing in 2 or 3 live or dead prey every day and it was out of control. Since we installed OnlyCat we've had ZERO prey in the mouse. Fantastic!

We have owned this cat door for almost a year and I cannot overemphasize how amazing it is. Our cats were bringing in live rats and letting the them go; there is no dollar figure you can put on trying to catch rats over and over while occasionally finding the odd dead one, rotting somewhere. Totally amazing product, sanity and marriage saver and worth every penny. If you have a hunter as a pet do yourself a favour and make the investment. Tech support also responsive and helpful. This product is LIFE CHANGING! I live in nature with my lovely cat Devi, who loves to hunt and bring me live rats in the middle of the night! After one night when she brought in 3 rats and I had to spend all night trying to catch them, I finally had enough and started frantically researching what to do...I stumbled upon Only Cat, and the product sounded amazing! Almost too good to be true! Finally, after ordering it and installing it, it prevented the first prey delivery at 6 am the very first week! I only found out about it after checking the app. At 8 am, I peacefully woke up with my cat lying next to me, not knowing that there was a whole other scenario playing out! THE PIECE OF MIND I REGAINED IS WORTH EVERY WAIT AND EVERY CENT SPENT ON THIS PURCHASE!

We have only had the cat flap installed for a couple of weeks but it's worth every penny already - no more daily manic chases around the house trying to catch cat & bird, no more cleaning up feathers and bird poo from all around the house, no more being constantly on edge never knowing what prey was going to be set loose in the house or what we would come home to. It has saved us so much time and stress already. Installation was really easy and quick and the OnlyCat team have been really responsive and helpful with any queries we have had. We bought OnlyCat because it was built on the trustworthy Sureflap cat door. The device kept all the excellent features of Sureflap, adding the wonderful ability to prevent our cat from importing mice and birds, dead or alive (which is even worse). We didn't buy a cat door, we bought peace of mind and trust. The device works perfectly, the Support team is available and reactive, this is our best purchase since a long long time.

Cat flap was easy to instal and has been flawless so far! One of our cats is a real hunter and used to bring in alive 'presents' for us, which would result in us running around the house at all times of the day trying to catch whatever gift she had released for us. Since installing the cat flap, this is a distant memory! It also provides the added bonus of peace of mind as you can see which cat is in/out. We hesitated to buy one of these cat flaps due to the cost for a good 6 months, but I can honestly say it's the best money we've spent!

This cat flap is LIFE CHANGING! I live in nature and my beautiful cat Devi loves to bring me alive rats 🐀 once she brought 3 in one night and dropped them in my room. I spent hours online trying to figure out how to deal with this…then I stumbled on OnlyCat. I was absolutely blown away by the technology, it almost looked too good to be true. What can I say! After trying this for a week, it’s the best invention for cat owners! The piece of mind it brings is worth every cent! Even in training mode, the cat flap identified that my cat was trying to sneak in a rat and scared her off with the alarm sound. Unbelievable! I woke up hours later finding my cat crawled up in bed with me and was shocked to see the videos on my phone with her trying to sneak in the prey! I’m so so grateful! I am forever grateful to the team at OnlyCat for inventing this amazing product. After years of finding mice remains on the floor, or, worse, having to chase live ones around the house (thanks to one of my cats who is a talented hunter), I finally have my peace of mind back!!! I've used OnlyCat for about two months, and it has blocked every single prey delivery attempt from my cat. Amazing! Everything else works perfectly as well: it reads the chips for both my cats without problems, I can set special programs (e.g., lock in for the night), the product looks good and installation was very simple (I just replaced my old SureFlap cat door with this one, no need to cut new holes etc.). The support team at OnlyCat is very responsive and helpful. All in all, a fantastic experience! This product is not cheap, but it is worth every penny!

This cat flap is fantastic. We have a very active Bengal and he love the freedom of coming and going. However… he is a hunter. We got the cat flap on the recommendation of my sister. What a brilliant decision. Our cat is calmer and more settled now he can come and go and we are confident that no contraband enters the house. Its first test was a live rabbit. Thankfully the rabbit escaped. Another attempt was a bird. Again no entry allowed. I think our cat now knows not to bother trying as he won’t be let in. Best investment for peace of mind. Easy to set up. Can’t recommend enough.
