Get one!! Iv had mine apx 2 weeks (im in the UK) i got the no subscription one just incase wifi ever goes down. Im very impressed with customer services. I found it faster to call them via their website (go to chat and press the call button at the top) the product does exactly as it says. I get a mini video every time the cat exits and enters the house. It has sent me videos of neighbours cats trying to enter and the device denied entry. My cat has decided not to bring any rodent friends in so far but i feel confident that if she tries she will be blocked. She no longer wakes me up to go out at silly o'clock in the morning or smears my windows from the outside trying to get in. Im so glad the customer services is so good because the device was a huge investment for me and if i have any issues i know they are trustworthy to sort the issue. I wish i bought one sooner! 10/10 i 100% reccomend this product

I'm Witcher, a black cat, and I live with my adopted humans and my furry brother. First of all, I'd like to thank you for the great box and the interestingly smelling blue plastic bag you sent us—it's so much fun playing with!
But seriously, what's with this strange cat flap? Something's definitely wrong! Whenever I want to bring my pack a plump, round mouse or a tasty baby rat, the cat flap won't let me in! I'm the family hunter, and I'm used to bringing home one to three delicious prey items every day! My humans are unfortunately far too clumsy and stupid to catch mice themselves, and if I don't bring them their meals, I'm very worried they'll starve! Besides, we all used to have so much fun hunting a living mouse together at 3 a.m.! Are you expecting me to eat all the mice myself now? Do you want me to get chubby??? Think about it! ...

OnlyCat was exactly what we needed and so much more! I can’t say enough great things about the customer service I received or the quality and functionality of the product. We have 2 cats that showed up on our rural property and needless to say they can hunt, often bringing ‘gifts’ inside the cabin. When we started building our dream home we knew we needed something very different than the regular cat door we had into the cabin. I looked around and stumbled upon OnlyCat. Thank goodness I did, it exceeds our expectations and I couldn’t be happier. Not only does it keep unwanted ‘gifts’ outside but far more. We're having two active cats that used to bring in both birds and mice. That's a thing for the past now.

Im VERY impressed with the customer service and delivery speed. This was a huge investment for me and im so glad this company can be trusted, it was a serious worry for me that if something went wrong would I have a nightmare getting a refund,,,,. My inital onlycat catflap and extra wires and connector product arrived within a few days. There was an issue allowing her to exot the house only, everything else worked fine. When I explained this via phone using their website I was suprised how helpful they were, they apologised and sent a replacement which arrived the next morning! Its exactly how every company should be.
The app is very easy to use. I already had a non ai cat flap fitted so I was able to easily slot this new cat flap in the space my old one was.
My cat was banned from the old cat flap for over 12 months due to bringing home rodent 'friends' and its so lovley she can come and go as she pleases again. Iv only had the cat flap a week, the new replacement only a few days.
I just wanted anyone else wondering if they should get one of these ai catflaps to know they 100% should! I havent got the best of health at the moment so it really has helped and i feel confident that i could go awaybfor a night or 2 and she would be 100% ok, i truly feel i can rely on this product to work while im not here

We are so happy with our face-recognition cat door from Only Cat. It’s truly the best invention! Our cat can now go in and out by herself whenever she wants, while our house stays completely free of mice and birds. The app and video feature are amazing too — I can easily see whether she’s inside or outside at any moment.we had it installed over a year ago. Absolutely love it and highly recommend!

I received and try to install the onlycat But IT DIDN'T WORK!!!
Tried to contact onlycat severall times, but they don't respond at all.

After a few days i finaly got a response. They send me a new product. The problem was the wifi antenna of the device.

We have had the only cat flap for 4 days. Had some issues at the start with connection, the flap kept shutting down randomly.

We have had a sureflap cat flap before and the features of that app is a lot better than the only cat app. I understand that they have been around a while but the price is very reasonable compared to only cat.

Negatives:
No audit trail of admin use

It says entry allowed when another cat tries to come in even though it was actually blocked.

When you've created a custom policy you can't edit, you have to delete and create again.

When the flap is locked it still says exit allowed

The wording isn't very user friendly, it still seems like it's in development mode.

My cat brings in leafs, it was caught as contraband but then she dropped it on the camera and then that was it. Nothing would work. So I have to let the cat in via the door and then retrieve the leaf This is common with my cat so I'm unsure we can keep doing this especially as we travel quite a bit. This doesn't work as a product and in the eyes of the law has been missold.

We have sent this item back and have been told that only a partial refund would be given due to some glue on the outer plastic where we have fitted it to the wall.

This is a complete scam, they take your money don't care about how their product isn't fit for purpose, wrongly shout about AI. The only AI they use is in their responses to customers.

We have been advised to take this to court as the product isn't fit for use and has been miss sold.

Had some issues at the very start but somehow that never happened again. Been running stable for months and it stopped all attempts of the cat bringing prey and keeping other cats out based on the microchip reader functionality.

It has a false positive for preys every other week or so but the cat learned it should just try again. They're still training the model so perhaps it gets better in time.

This cat flap is life changing!
My only worry about making the investment was whether it actually works - and it does - very well!
It has made me enjoy having our cats again by removing the anxiety around prey (dead and alive) being brought in to the house.
And watching the videos of them coming and going can be quite addictive!

Just like any other person thinking about purchasing this I was hesitating at first due to the high price.
Then we got a rat living in one of our rooms for two days and it destroyed quite some stuff.
Now that I’ve got it I can tell you: IT’S LIFECHANGING.
The support responses super fast and friendly, the installation and setup was just SO easy. just by using the app you can tell that this is developed high class, everything works smooth and connects without problems. We’ve had it installed now for four days. The camera detected a mouse in our cats mouth yesterday, gave an alarm and kept the door shut.
I am honestly so thankful for the team working this out, I won’t regret a single Euro I’ve spent on this if it keeps working like this! It makes living with my two cats so much easier 🥹

Great product, lets the cat in but keeps all her “treasures” out. Such a fantastic change in our everyday lives. I also had a few questions about the door and payment and I got excellent and fast responses from a real person.

You love your cat or you would not be reading this. How else could you tolerate dead critters in your home or worse yet the live ones you have to chase down! Now love yourself. Is it worth it? YES!!!! Is it expensive? YES! But when you look at the wonderful, endless entertainment of a cat and you think about how much people spend on entertainment, over the long haul, OnlyCat really isn't that expensive. Bottom line, if someone stole my OnlyCat would I buy another? YES, YES, GOD YES!!!!! Be kind to yourself.

This unit is fantastic. People in my life make fun of me and my Only Cat. Jokes on them, this is the best investment ever made. I took to Google searching for a solution to the carnage in our life, after five rodents in different states of life/ death had been brought into our home in less than 24 hrs.
This unit does exactly what it claims to do, and we are in the process of getting a second one for another property. Initial price seemed high, but we were desperate. Turned out to be well worth every penny. Had lots of questions prior to purchase, and they were super about getting us the info we needed.
If you are on the fence about making the purchase, step over the line and get some rest in your home. Save your marriage if the cat is more important to one spouse than the other.

We have our Only Cat about 3 months. We really like our cats but coming home to splayed presents and especially the release of live presents in the house was driving us slowly mad. Since we have got the OnlyCat, we have not had a single present in the house despite countless attempts especially by our Calico Cat. The added ability to open and close the flap for specific cats remotely is brilliant too. It easy to put in and operate. The support from OnlyCat has been really good, they built us a special draft cover! We would thoroughly recommend OnlyCat to any cat owners, it will change your life for the better!

We got the Only Cat door in Canada for our cat Sneaky Pete. Prior to getting this, we would leave the door open for him to come and go. He brought in numerous mice and birds. When the door was closed, he clawed and ruined the weather seal around our door. We installed the Only Cat door beside the door that he was used to going out. It took only a few days before he was coming and going easily. We can set a timer so he cannot go out at night. The best feature that other cat doors do not have is the CONTRABAND detection. It uses AI detection so when he is attempting to bring in his gifts, the door will not open and we get the contraband alert. This is a game changer. Sooooo happy we got this.

BRILLIANT PRODUCT! We have 2 young cats and live in a rural area - so we were constantly receiving "gifts" day and night, alive and dead, at the rate 3 or 4 per day - but no longer! Faultless detection of prey so far, and a much less stressed family having no longer to clear up remains or chase live animals around the house and behind cupboards.
The videos or their attempts to bring in prey are great entertainment for friends & family...and have convinced further OnlyCat purchases from them.
OnlyCat support were great with a couple of queries too. Not cheap, but worth every penny IMO - thanks!
