This product is extremely clever. It really works. My cat got 'found out' four times and after that, had learnt her lesson and doesn't even bother trying any more.

Very likeable company, who answer your questions and are obviously really trying hard to make their product even better.

We have a pretty popular female cat. Thanks to OnlyCat, we can identify unwanted guests and keep them out. Meanwhile, she is free to go and come whenever she wants. She sometimes likes to bring a mouse or a bird as a gift. We are very happy that we can now receive those gifts outside the house! We had to import the OnlyCat flap into the EU. That was a bit difficult but definitely worth it!

Absolutely fantastic bit of kit, the help desk is brilliant and it's been amazing being able to track when the fur balls are in or out of the house. The scheduling is also very nice, so they can stay inside during certain hours then it unlocks and they can free roam.

Had it for around 3 months now, no issues at all!

This cat flap has changed our lives. We have a young cat that brings in mice, rabbits and birds. Since we’ve had the only cat cat flap three months ago he has now learned not to attempt to bring in any prey. We haven’t had any issues with other neighbourhood cats coming in- though it is funny to see them try!

Reading some of those 1 star reviews might give you pause, but I assure you that you should pay those reviews no mind. OnlyCat has been worth the investment 100x over, and they keep upgrading and improving the catflap constantly.

The unit is AI driven, there’s no doubt about it. Your cat might figure out how to get around it sometimes, or they might not. This has blocked almost every single instance of prey being brought in that I can think of. I have so many hilarious videos of my cat with contraband being stopped.

OnlyCat has created a product that has no equal in the market. If you let your cat outside, you’re either using a regular cat door or you are there opening and closing the door for them. This takes all of that work out of your hands, but like any item you need to understand the terminology. OnlyCat has an excellent Facebook group with tons of people who can help assist or provide suggestions regarding your catflap.
We travel a lot and due to this we needed a way to keep our cats in at night so they’re safe. This alone is worth the peace of mind to make sure my cats are safe while we are gone.

OnlyCat continues to improve the product and roll out features, and I’m excited to see what’s on tap for 2026. The price tag is worth it, you just need to take a little time to understand how it works before you come guns blazing for the OnlyCat team. Play around with the policies, read the instructions, join the FB group to see the monthly leaderboard if nothing else. I have see over and over again the level of care and attention OnlyCat provides to its users, creating custom polices for tricky scenarios, or getting on the phone and troubleshooting through issues with people over their cat door. Have and will remain very impressed with OnlyCat product and their amazing team.

Having used OnlyCat for some months and found it to be a great product - it proved to be even better when we moved house and needed to monitor the cats activities..
it has never failed once in prey detection and been a great assistant in helping us get a good nights sleep.
We rate OnlyCat as the best product on the market at this time.

I invested in the only cat, cat flap, in December, following a very disturbing situation, of an overnight delivery of a rat, on my sofa. It has been absolutely life changing.
I have 4 cats, 2 that go outside and 2 that don’t. On the days that I am at work, I am out of the house for 15 hours, I also work many night shifts. I previously had many pre-night shift dramas, of trying to find and get the outdoor cats in before leaving for work or risk arriving home, the next morning, to unwanted gifts, either dead on the kitchen floor or alive and hiding. One of my favourite features is being able to, remotely lock the cat flap, once I can see on my pet cam, that they are in for the night and safe and then unlock it, for their pr-breakfast hunt, before I arrive home.
I have had a few contraband detections of rodents and a visiting cat, all of which were not permitted to enter.
Watching the recordings, of activity at my back door is entertaining for me, work colleagues and family.
It fit perfectly in my previous sure flap gap. I have been absolutely delighted with it and have had no issues.
It took 1 of my cats a few hours to get used to it and the other a couple of days.
Although I have had no issues with the cat flap I did reach out to customer services for support, in the early days, due to me being blonde and not very tech savvy, the support I received was almost immediate and extremely helpful and the owners FB page is helpful and fun too.
Best purchase of 2025, I love it.

It is truely the best cat flap. We have had it for several months and it works well. It was unreliable when mounted in the original metal clad door panel, but having changed the panel to reinforced UPVC, it works perfectly. The support team are very helpful. We don't receive any unwanted gifts from the cat now. The device is worth the money as it gives us peace of mind and saves us cattery costs.

We have 2 cats and replacing an old manual Flap was just plug and play as this one here has the exact same measure.
App is super fast, and the only Flap doesnt look to big from outside.
Big recomm!

So far no gifts brought in and interesting to see that occasionally other cats are blocked

I would recommend a onlycat cat flap if you have a problem with your cat bringing thins in i have a onlycat cat flap and it stops my cat bringing in a bird and it tells you on the app what time your cat goes in and out you can even set a curfe and it has a microchip reader so only your cat can get in and out no problem with this cat flap best 1 I have bought expensive but worth it

Brilliant company!! Really personal service, someone is always available to help on messenger. The product is absolutely perfect - does exactly what it promises to do.

Absolutely brilliant product, works perfectly. We went from being woken up almost nightly to live “presents” in our bedroom to sleeping peacefully through the night. This product saved my marriage and relationship with my cat.

I have had onlycat for 4 months with 2 cats who are regular mousers often 2 or 3 a week but since using it not once have they managed to bring anything in night or day No more sleepless nights or worrying what I will find when I come home and I can check whether they are in or out GREAT
