The best catflap in the world. Works flawlessly, stopping other cats or any presents getting inside. The app could use a little work to improve notifications and usability, but otherwise this product is fantastic. So happy with my purchase.

Love this cat flap! Not only does it stop my cat bringing animals into the house. Also records and notifies me of her coming and going so I know where she is. Had a slight issue and they sorted it very quickly for me. Definitely recommend!

Have had the OnlyCat cat flap for a few months now and am thoroughly impressed. Not only has the constant chore of having to let our cats in and out of the house via the back door been solved – but more importantly we are at a state of permanent peace knowing that our house will remain rodent (or in the case of one of my cats, twig) free. It is extremely easy to use the app and set up schedules, as well as monitor our cats’ departures and entrances.

On top of this, the customer support from OnlyCat is truly outstanding. In my opinion, the measure of a great company comes from how well they deal with things when they go wrong. We had an unfortunate issue with our flap (not OnlyCat’s fault at all) however they went above and beyond with suggestions on how the issue could be fixed. They were quick to respond and sympathetic throughout the whole ordeal. Given this, I would not hesitate to recommend them. Not only is the functionality of the cat flap groundbreaking, but their customer service is brilliant too.

We were constantly plagued with presents from one of our cats which drove my wife crazy. This product is amazing - not one gift since installation much to the cat bemusement! Very high quality solution and highly recommend to anyone in the same situation.

Fabulous experience. Took ages to get someone to fit it for me as needed new panels of glass, couldn't wait to try it. Cats never used a cat flap before but one took to it that day and the other within a few days. I turned off the noises. One attempt at bringing something in, unsure what, but saved myself from crows and pigeons, their pre onlycat conquests and gifts they arrived at the open window with! Love the ability to time things, so they have a curfew. They love the freedom in the day and I love the certainty that when I get home, the only thing there is the cats having one of their extended naps, not a murder scene.

Our cats were a nightmare with bringing in mice rats and birds. So we decided to give OnlyCat a go. And it is truly fantastic. Great to see the cats face when they cannot get in. But weirdly it was also comforting for my wife to see them every day when we wee on holiday. A great product. Well done and thanks

Only cat have been absolutely amazing!! They have developed a product that has stopped my cat bringing in gifts and given me my sanity back! Its been the most amazing cat flap I have seen and I will not go back to having another!

Flap works great. Stops the cats take mouse and other pets with them.

This catflap is a game changer! Stops unwanted gifts being left in the house which is great. Support has been fast and helpful.
App is slightly basic but does the job. Just realise you need mains power close by to the flap and good connectivity for all to work well. Well done! Great job designing this product.

At first was a little dubious when my husband said he wanted to buy this cat flap, was a bit like HOW MUCH! But now we have it, he was right. No more worrying about live presents at 3am and chasing them around the bedroom, or they have been let loose in the house and we didn't realise. And it's nice to know when he is coming and going and watching him come through when we first got it was amusing. All round been really good

Works brilliantly. The support is very good too. It's really money will spent.

The build quality is excellent and it really does work. I can keep track of both my cats and keep out the unwanted ones !.I also like the fact its on a mains supply as my previous brand would go through batteries very quickly. I had a small teething issue at first with one cat which turned out to be a faulty microchip which occasionally didn't read and was replaced at the vet. During this time the customer care was excellent and they spent a lot of time and answered many emails trying to help. I'm very happy .

Love this cat flap! Not only stops mice etc that previously ending up in my home but also alerts me to my cats coming and going. Had a teething issue after a couple of weeks when it was first fitted and they sorted it straight away.
