From fitting the flap to living with it for six months.

    Saved a lot of stress

Super accurate! We have 2 cats and everything stays outside! Detection is super, we can customise it when they go outside and we absolutely love this product. Saved a lot of stress!

My cat thinks he’s in the Serengeti…

My cat thinks he’s in the Serengeti and is out hunting all the time. This flap has been a complete game changer for us. No prey has got through so far and, in fact, he’s even stopped trying to drag creatures in now as no ‘contraband’ has been detected on the camera for months. We were nervous about spending such a lot of money on a cat flap, but it is honestly been worth every penny. If you’re hesitant, go for it! It’s a fantastic product.

    A truly amazing cat flap

A truly amazing cat flap! The company are fantastic to deal with and it took away the stress and anxiety each night of what we were going to wake up to! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this product to anybody with cats.

    Amazing for what it is

Amazing for what it is. But agree. Cost us high.

    Brilliant

OnlyCat has created a very innovative product that allowed me to have peace of mind and my cats absolute freedom. It works very reliably and the app gets new features now and then. They even support integration into home assistant through the cloud although I will be even happier if they manage to add a local access. On top of that interactions with the customer service are a pleasure. They are extremely quick in responding and very helpful.

    OnlyCat saves our night's sleep

The cat flap has meant that the cat has not been allowed in with prey since it was installed. It is expensive, but in our opinion it has already paid for itself, since the night-time mouse hunts have stopped completely. We needed a little help getting it going; support replied quickly and helpfully. The product and the company are recommended!

Great, apart from a few compromises

Fantastic cat flap! What a relief for our lives. Technically it works flawlessly and has detected every prey animal so far.
    Only three things to criticise:
    1) The opening of the flap is (slightly) too small. Compared with the previous flap (from PetSafe), my normal-sized tomcats have more trouble getting through and one of them still refuses to pass through at all. I could not position the flap higher, as I had to fit it into the existing opening in the cellar door.
    2) Fitting it into the thick wooden door (with a tunnel extension) was quite difficult, because the fixing screws (which were too short anyway) have to be threaded from the outside into the small holes of the inner panel. That makes sense when fitting into a glass door, but with a thick door or a wall it would be better if the outer part and inner part could be screwed directly into the wood or the wall from their respective sides.
    3) "Thanks" to Brexit, on top of the (justifiably) high purchase price and shipping costs you also have to pay EU customs duty!

Großartig - bis auf ein paar Abstriche

Phantastische Katzenklappe!

    Five stars from us.

We've had our OnlyCat cat flap for a couple years now, I guess we were early adopters. We absolutely love it and thanks to updates to the device and app, it just keeps getting better.
One of our cats is a constant hunter and she loved to bring animals in the house.
The OnlyCat flap has stopped that. Thank goodness! The app is customizable so we have our door configured for several situations. Some examples are what we call IN-ONLY, Curfew and Quarantine. We can allow them to come inside only but prevent any of them leaving again or in the case of Quarantine set it so only one is allowed or barred as the case may be. You also set for scheduled events (our curfew setting). How you set it is up to you and OnlyCat engineers will help if you struggle with the setup.
We absolutely love our flap and will not be without one now. It's expensive but worth it in our opinion. Five stars.

    Stops unwanted gifts

Our multi cat household means a lot of unwanted gifts. No more. It's not cheap, but does what it is supposed to. The app allows specific rules for individual cats. You can see the toing and froing of daily cat life. It's useful to see who is in or out at a glance. If you're away from home you can monitor from afar. In summary, impressive.

    More than paid for itself.

We must’ve spent many times more than the price of OnlyCat in repairs caused by rodents brought in to the house by our two cats.
Since installing, three attempt have been made to bring in mice or larger rodents, all thwarted. Paid for itself many times over.

    A really good cat flap

A really good cat flap. Fitted perfectly into my old Sureflap space. Connected to cats chip immediately and without stress to the cat. It’s already prevented contraband so I’m really happy with it.
Customer service prompt and helpful as initially had a problem getting the flap linked to the app but all sorted.

    Wonderful product

I have had my only Cat for not even a month, it already blocked attempts to bring in 2 mice and 1 pidgeon, the piece of mind this product brought me is worth every penny, my only regret is not buying one earlier.

    Transformed our lives

Transformed our lives. My cats used to bring presents almost every night, usually alive so we'd spend hours chasing mice around the house in the middle of the night. But no more, my furry murderers have been foiled!

    the product works VERY good

the product works VERY good, app etc works good, unlocking and recognizing too. maybe check if rain cant get inside(had to use some Kit to seal it). i recommend this product.

Only downside: the price is way to high. So maybe they sell them all but they must look into that.

    Superb product

Superb product. One of the most amusing things we’ve seen in recent years is the shocked facial expression of each of our 3 cats when prevented from bringing “contraband” through the cat flap. Comedy gold. We’ve now had this 2 months and had a 100% success rate on blocking the little gits. Before that we got something once a day…

    Best electronic cat flap

The best bit of kit I’ve ever purchased! Already stopped my two from bringing in a mouse so worth its money already.
