Top experience from A to Z. Responsive and fast support. The product is very easy to install and great fun. And it works perfectly!

This door has worked perfectly as described. I was an early adopter because I have a cat that brings in endless “stuff”. That stopped the day OnlyCat arrived. The company quickly responded to a question and the app and UI have only gotten better.

The best bit of tech I think I have ever bought! Our cats were prolific hunters, especially of rats (we live rurally) and mice. The times that we have spent rescuing live ones from behind cupboards, kitchen units and furniture is beyond a joke!
Since purchasing the onlycat cat flap we've had none of this. They still try - admittedly less now - but nothing has managed to get inside. Life changing!
Oh, and an added bonus is the hilarious footage of their little faces when they come through the flap, worth the purchase price for that alone!
Customer support is amazing, very quick response to queries - the app is fine, nothing too wow but user friendly and fit for purpose. Facebook group is helpful and informative. What's stopping you?! Get buying!

Well Onlycat has proved it’s worth; no more chasing mice around the bedroom at silly o’clock in the morning or trying to stop disoriented flying things head butting windows & doors. It also has the neighbours fluff ball totally baffled so only(my)cat. Sleep & only paying to feed one cat, what’s not to like 👍

What a phenomenal product. We took on an outdoor cat, who is a prolific hunter, who soon worked out she could use the cat flap to bring in mice, rats, squirrels, birds and rabbits. Cue either blood and guts, or chasing live and scared animals around the house. The stress in the mornings waking up to that weird meow noise when you knew she had something was horrendous. Her eating a live mouse under the bed was particularly memorable.

This product has had the biggest impact on our quality of life in the last five years than anything else we’ve purchased. We’ve had no issues (touch wood!) and any questions around connectivity and the like are answered promptly.

I was a kickstarter member for this product as we were so desperate for a solution, and I felt a bit of pride watching the lads on Dragons Den. No surprise they got the backing they thoroughly deserve.

OnlyCat is superb.

Life-safer of a product! Haven’t had a single prey indoors since we had it installed! The UI is not the most intuitive, but easy to use when you get the hang of it. Also, the power cable does make it less aesthetically pleasing when installed compared to other options – but the competition can’t handle prey detection, so that’s a no-brainer! Would recommend this to any cat-owner!

Yes it’s expensive but it really works well. Best buy we’ve made, so happy we chose this cat flap. ( bought over a year ago)

We love this technology! Life level-up for us and the cats. We have our very own AI “Carson” that lets kitties come and go as they please without bringing unwanted critters into the house. We also love just watching them come and go when not home. Any contact with the company has been fast and very efficient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer support.
Support network, both directly from OnlyCat and also from other customers. I've had a couple of minor issues and these have been sorted in a matter of hours.

Not only is this an amazing invention, but customer service is great too. I bought into this while it was still in development and couldn’t wait to get it. The cats have almost stopped trying to bring mice in as they’ve learned that they are locked out, but the fox still tries her best to get in! Maybe I should microchip her??? All in all Tomas, Martin and the team deserve an award for this invention! Thank you

This product is life changing. I was skeptical about whether it would work, but I shouldn’t have been worried. It’s an amazing product, easy install, easy connection to WiFi, easy to set up in the app, and brilliant, responsive customer service. I wish I’d bought it sooner. The best thing I have ever bought.

This cat flap is worth worth every penny - it’s changed our life in that our cat no longer brings in live rats!

Well had the OnlyCat for sometime now and it is still working great - not only has it stop those unwanted guests, it has actually educated our cat to not even attempt to bring them back home.

I joined with OnlyCat at the development stage. Waited quite a while for the product to be completed and delivered BUT it was well worth the wait. This is a fantastic product. For any owner of an outdoor cat who insists on bringing live “presents” into the house day or night, or who wants to keep track of when your cat is in/out, this is a MUST have purchase. You will not regret it. The customer support is outstanding. Five stars isn’t enough for this product or the team behind it.

One of the best recent purchases! OnlyCat is absolutely brilliant. The price was slightly off-putting initially, but once you've got it installed it feels completely worth it.

I've got both my cats on different curfew schedules which prevents the kitten leaving during the night, and our expert hunter is now happy with freedom to come and go as he pleases - unless he's carrying a gift!

My Only Cat, cat flap, has literally changed my life. The final straw was my male cat, Bear, leaving an extremely large present, in the form of a rat, on my sofa. I have not had any unwanted guests, dead or alive, enter through the cat flap, since installation in December 25. The cat flap fits perfectly in the Sureflap space. Admin are amazingly responsive. My 2 outdoor cats rarely try to enter with guests now and the neighbourhood unwanted cat has given up trying, as I don’t think they were a fan off the Angry Cat sound that greeted them. Being able to lock and unlock the cat flap, remotely is fantastic.
Best money spent in a long time.
