I am extremely lucky to have been gifted an OnlyCat Catflap from my son, I’d spotted them on line after searching for such a device in despair! My disabled husband and I had been troubled with our two beautiful cats bringing us at least 2 mice a week, mostly still alive! It was so hard to catch them. Now, with OnlyCat installed and working brilliantly, the house feels clean! To hear the contraband alarm going off as they are stopped from coming in is just the best sound! I also think that the cats have learned not to think about bringing them inside! This honestly is a life changer for us. Thank you to my son. Since installing OnlyCat i’ve been having great fun watching the ‘contraband’ videos as the catflap locks!

What a great piece of technology.. I’ve got my full night’s sleep back. 🥰 Love it.. and the team’s customer service was superb as I found my way around the unit.

Misleading Product Presentation and One-time Customer Policy:
This has been an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

OnlyCat’s website and marketing materials strongly suggest that the product is wireless. It is not at the time of our purchase, which was a few months ago. Only once the item arrives do you discover that it requires a wired connection, which completely undermines the convenience being advertised. In practice, this means awkward cables running through living spaces. In our case, through a kitchen door, making it both impractical and frankly untidy.

What is most frustrating wasn't just the misleading presentation, but the response from customer service. Rather than acknowledging the lack of clarity, they were dismissive and defensive, going so far as to suggest that the fault lay with us for not asking about the wiring in advance. That's simply not acceptable when the product is marketed in a way that clearly implies the opposite.

For a premium-priced item, the overall experience feels careless at best and deliberately misleading at worst. Between the impractical and unsightly wiring requirement, the lack of transparency on their website and in their marketing materials and the dismissive attitude and poor quality of customer service, this has proved to be a complete waste of money.

Needless to say, we'll not be returning customers and that they indeed have a one-time customer policy.

My two cats are prolific hunters with a terrifying habit of bringing live rats into the house. Desperate for a solution, I took a gamble on a cat flap from across the globe, and it has been worth every penny. It successfully denies them entry every time they try to bring home a 'trophy.' This is an incredible product backed by a truly fantastic team!

This cat flap has saved my sanity. I have gone from dead rats on the bed or live ones set loose in my home to a rat and mouse free zone. This does what it says it will do. It stops them bringing them in. I have noticed that she doesn’t even bother bringing them to the door anymore. I am sure she still will but the alarm on the flap allows me to get outside and maybe save the poor animal my cat has caught! Cannot recommend this more highly.

There are no words to describe the peace of mind I get from from this cat flap... no worrying, no getting up to open the door (I had to permanently lock the old cat flap) - a complete different way of being. Worth every last cent.

Amazing! So worth it, such a great purchase. Has given us peace of mind and saved so many mice, rats & birds being brought into the house since we fitted it last summer.

One of the best purchases I’ve ever made! We sleep soundly at night in the knowledge that OnlyCat won’t let our cute killer in with his latest “gift”. Customer service is fantastic too. If you have a cat and it is a prolific hunter, you need one of these. I would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant cat flap! It not only saved us cleaning after many unwanted gifts (or I should say, contraband! 😄) but it's also made it easier and given us more flexibility in managing when our cats can go in and out (we keep them in at night so the one way door is super helpful). The app is a bit clunky but very functional, and it has little things that make it fun to use too. I love for example the notification photos of the cats coming in, they're so funny from that angle!

Awesome product, it has stopped one of our neighbors cats coming in every night to eat our cats biscuits, he tries every night, but his name is not down on the list, so entry is denied. It has also stopped one of our cats bringing in mice (contraband)....it's not cheap but our cats are now safe in their own home and we don't get woken up in the night by our cats playing with a mouse they brought in.

I was skeptical at first with this would actually work, but believe me it is saved us many times I haven’t had a mouse in my house since installing. It fit perfectly into my existing sureflap Door and surprisingly the cord is not that noticeable when you hugged the corners of your wall. Highly highly recommend.

This is the best buy I have made for a long time! I was concerned about the price but it has done exactly what is meant to do! And worth every penny! I fed up with my cats bringing in live animals and the feeling of a live mouse running around my house was just the most awful feeling! But not anymore!
Secondly the customer service is bloody brilliant so helpful and they have sorted any little issues out remotely and super quickly. They always respond to emails the same day! Keep up the good work !!
If you are considering a cat only cat flap you will not be disappointed!

Best investment ever. Having two cats, who brought many “presents” in the past (including living mice, who occupied our kitchen), by now the flap protected us from 51 contrabands in one year (plus one alien cat and two foxes). 100% recommendation.
(And BTW the videos on the app are great to show to other people)

This is an absolute treasure! You can’t imagine how much rodents, snakes, lizards this thing has helped us to keep out. It works so damn good. This is the best investment ever! So easy to install and the UI is super easy to get hang of!

My 2 indoor/outdoor kitties bring in critters. Some I have to rescue, some try to make my house their new home and some had already gone on to glory. We have tried collars with bells and yes, keeping them inside. Nothing this far has worked. So I came across this cat door and thought I would give it a try. So far it has helped immensely. It stops my cats from bringing in “contraband” so I don’t have to deal with it in my home which is nice. I have not yet had a bad read, which is nice. I hope that keeps up. I’m able to set a curfew for my cats so they can always come in but it doesn’t let them back out overnight. Programming their chips was easy. I’m stories it read them. My cats were apprehensive for the first week or so, even though they were accustomed to a cat door. But now that they are used to it, they come and go without bringing in their latest catch. Worth every penny. And now we know which cat was the culprit for which critters were found in the house (yes, they have a type).

After 2 years of chasing down birds and mice brought in by our cat I half-jokingly looked up an AI solution to find OnlyCat.
This is an absolute life changer and worth every cent if you have cat allowed the freedom of being in or outside.

Our cat is a prolific hunter, he often brought live mice in which we all chased around the kitchen and dead mice that he used to like to bring up to us in bed, waking up with a dead mouse in your bed has to be the lowest of the lows!!! So we invested in OnlyCat which although expensive was actually the best purchase we have ever made, not only did it put an end to the wildlife in the house it also meant we could set a curfew for him, so now once he comes in after 9pm he can’t go out again until 5am. You have an app which lets you see their movements in and out and the OnlyCat team are so helpful and extremely quick at responding if ever there is a problem. It really is a no brainier to get this cat flap.
