The best invention in years!!

The best invention in years!!! Such a joy to watch our cats come in and to be spared all their “little presents”. Very easy to use and easy to install! Because it runs off the mains you never have to change batteries either, which is ideal. The only drawback is the price, but once the flap is installed you realise it is well worth it! Nothing to fault in the customer service either. They always reply kindly.

De beste uitvinding in jaren!!! Zo leuk om onze poezen te zien binnenkomen en gevrijwaard te blijven van al hun “cadeautjes”. Heel gebruiksvriendelijk en gemakkelijk te installeren! Door de vaste elektrische voeding hoef je ook nooit batterijen te vervangen, ideaal. Het enige nadeel is de prijs, maar eens het luik geïnstalleerd is, merk je dat het dit helemaal waard is! Verder ook niets aan te merken op de klantenservice. Er wordt steeds vriendelijk gereageerd.

Spot on for prey detection

Spot on for prey detection and prevention Wi-Fi can be a little tricky now and again and the chip identification is a problem for larger cats but it is a must have if you have genocidal serial killers for furry friends I would recommend only cat to any serious cat person who wants the quiet life and hates the body disposal side of things
My flap has been a godsend and I would not be without it.

Only Cat is really great

Only Cat is really great. Before, my tomcat regularly brought live mice into the house too, and then lost interest in them once they had disappeared behind the fridge or somewhere else. I have been using the Only CAT flap for over a year and it works superbly — my tomcat has not managed to bring anything in, and by now he does not even try🤗. I did have one technical problem, but with the help of the support team and by sending the flap in it was sorted out very quickly. The support is simply wonderful!

Only Cat ist wirklich toll, mein Kater hat mir vorher regelmäßig auch lebende Mäuse mit ins Haus gebracht, an denen er das Interesse verloren hat, wenn sie hinter dem Kühlschrank oder sonst wo verschwunden waren. Ich benutze die Only CAT Klappe seit über einem Jahr und sie funktioniert hervorragend, mein Kater konnte nichts mehr mit hereinbringen und versucht es mittlerweile auch gar nicht mehr🤗. Ich hatte einmal ein technisches Problem, welches aber mit Hilfe des Supportteams und Einschicken der Klappe super schnell gelöst werden konnte. Einfach großartig der Support!

Quite an investment for a cat flap, but I am relieved to say that it was worthed. The cat started bringing in birds into the house and cleaning blood and feathers from the carpet wasn’t fun. I was sceptical until the first contraband detection, and we did have a few false detections but overall we couldn’t have an outdoor cat without this flap. Only concern now is if the App’s functionality will remain the same or will include some subscription fee later on.

If you want a reliable AI catflap that will stop your cat taking in unwanted guests, this is the answer.

An excellent product. We are pleased with both the quality and the result. It has stopped the cats from bringing mice inside. You can set up schedules, which creates a sense of security and a routine for both us and the cats. When we placed our order, they took the time to ensure the product was right for us and would suit our cats. In other words, they look after their customers—even before the purchase is made. We encountered an issue and contacted them via Facebook Messenger; they replied the same day, even over the weekend. We were able to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. We are incredibly happy with the entire experience and the customer service.

My rating would be 4.5 if I could choose it.

Love the cat flap, easy to install, the app is easy to use. I love the fact that it’s plug in rather than battery powered.

One tiny tiny issue I have is the plastic that was used for the mounting adaptor seems to be some really cheap non UV protected plastic. The outside half of it started turning an awful shade of yellow within a week. Everything else is completely fine, pure white. If that could be sorted, I’d definitely rate them 5/5, it already saved us a few times from our cat bringing us unwanted presents.

So happy with my onlycat cat flap

So happy with my onlycat cat flap. I was of course nervous about spending the money but in around 6 weeks we’ve not had a single live or dead animal brought in the house, the cat flap has been working great, and the app provides such high quality videos. It’s so satisfying to see the “contraband detected” notification – every time it happens I feel it’s even more worth the money. Easy to install even with the big mount, and great instructions.

I’m a very happy OnlyCat cat flap customer! One of our cats just attempted & was denied his 37th prey delivery, the other one is trailing heavily at only 10 delivery attempts. We’ve only had the flap since May & I’m already nearing what I’d say is my “worth it” £/mouse. The system has been flawless in keeping out deliveries & we’ve only had one issue which required a quick power cycle to fix. It’s an expensive bit of kit, but if you get as mad about having dead (or alive!) mice in your house as I do, it’s worth it.

I’d give it 1000 stars if I could

I’m not exaggerating when I say this cat flap changed my life. One of my cats is a menace and never kills his prey. I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve had to catch live rodents in my living room at 3am in my pyjamas.

I lost so much sleep over it, but waking up in the middle of the night chasing the local wildlife around my house is now a thing of the past thanks to the OnlyCat cat flap.

It has been installed for about a month and has intercepted at least 10 instances of live contraband. The software even apprehended my other cat when he tried to bring home a chicken nugget that he found outside. Seems to work on contraband of all shapes and sizes and so far has not failed once.

It is a bit of a faff to always have it plugged into a main socket and does require an extension lead due to my room layout. However, I’d rather an ugly extension lead than ever have to catch another rat with my bare hands again.

The app works really well and the video feed with alerts is a brilliant feature.

It was an expensive purchase, but I would absolutely recommend it for anyone with cats like mine. Very much worth the price we paid.
