Genuinely life changing. The best money I have ever spent. No more dead rats, birds and squirrels on my living room carpet. No more mess! I can now just watch on the camera as he tries and fails to bring them in. Absolutely genius! Thank you!

This cat flap has genuinely changed our lives! That sounds dramatic, but one of our cats was bringing in live rats and mice nearly every night, sometimes twice a night. We have the flap over a year now and it has been the best money we've ever spent.
There were a few teething issues at the very beginning but customer service were excellent at getting everything sorted for us. Since then, we've had relatively no issues.
It is excellent at contraband detection. We've never had anything get in that shouldn't have! My cats have gotten used to the fact that they can't bring their prey in, so they don't even try anymore. They do still hunt from time to time, but it has reduced dramatically. And when they do hunt, they leave their "gifts" in the back garden instead of in our kitchen.
We were wary purchasing this cat flap because it is a lot of money. But I couldn't recommend it highly enough. We can go to bed at night with peace of mind that we won't have anything crawling around our house at night.
It's a lot of money, but worth every penny. We've recommended it to so many of our friends with cats.

I just love this cat flap ! It keeps my cats outside when they’re bringing me presents . Much to their annoyance ! It also allows me to see when they’re coming and going , so if they only appear for an hour at 2am I know they’re alive and well just living a good outdoor life. I would totally recommend to anyone .

Cat flat itself seems good. The customer experience and accessories are my biggest concern. Misleading information from customer services prior to my wife purchasing led her to paying £110 on extras that we were assured make the catflap compatible with existing Sureflap Pet Door setup we currently have. After spending an additional £110 on two pieces of plastic that the website shows interlocks with existing tunnel extenders and verified by customer services, I was disappointed to then find out at installation point these do not interlink at all like the website shows in the pictures and per my previous communication with the sales team. I sent a follow up email where I was them told these are designed to be a snug fit that slots inside the tunnel extenders and was accompanied by a guide video which is nothing at all like the description on the website. They do not fit snug at all it is a loose fit inside the tunnel extenders which means when cats walk in and out the tunnel extenders move around and where they are glued they starting coming apart. Once I questioned this, no more replies. This is now no longer a suitable setup for me and I have had to now find my own means of making this Catflap fit for purpose.

If you just want a Catflap in glass or door you should have no problems, if you have a wall tunnel for a Sureflap then do not believe the website or customer services as the extras are not suitable, the advice is not correct and is an expensive waste of money in my opinion

At first my wife and I weren't sure about committing to the OnlyCat cat flap, as it did seem very expensive for a way to let our cat in and out.

Now 6 months later, I have absolutely zero regrets!

Every other day my cat is trying to bring some poor small creature in to my house. Yesterday it was a shrew. Today it was a rat.

My cat also seems to have a knack for finding times when we're just about to leave the house when to try this. Without a doubt this saved me from missing my daughter's dance performance.

It's a great product, so glad I have it installed.

Highly recommend onlycat to anyone doubting. Our cat brought prey home several nights a week. We tried zeromouse before buying onlycat, but that didn’t stop prey coming in a single time.

Onlycat is amazing. Not a single prey has come in. Over 50 tries by our cat in the months that we have this flap. and every-single-one blocked. We have our pieceful sleep back!

Delivery was Quick (to Netherlands), installing was easy and the app is truly phenomenal. If this one was to break I’d buy a new one immediately. It is a no brainer to me.

Only cat has changed our lives in a very good way. Never had to try and catch a mouse at three o clock at night since we installed only cat. It works flawlessly since the start. A very nice idea put perfectly into practice!!!

Fantastic bit of kit. Had purchased from a competitor (many faults and ZERO customer service). Have had only 1 failed mouse entry and considering I have 4 cats and live in the country this is amazing!
Response time on cat flap is really quick, the app is great, like the fact I can track who is in/out and that you can programme to play a little tune!
If your cat is a fatty like Me Pickles they may struggle to fit, he’s 6kg and can just manage to get through! 🐱

This is an expensive piece of kit but is it worth it? It most certainly is! I wish I had taken the plunge and bought it months ago when I first came across it. It is a lifesaver and anyone considering buying it will not be disappointed. It was super easy to slot into the hole where my previous cat flap was and I had it up and running in no time. The first contra band was detected that same evening and there have been no mice, dead or alive brought into my house ever since. Yes, it is expensive for a cat flap but worth every penny.

This purchase was an absolute godsend. The product is exciting because it is improving and expanding in capacity all the time,as the developers are always improving it and definitely really seem to listen to their customers.
We now have purchased 2 as we have a complicated feline situation and it really solves our issues. Emma at OnlyCat has helped us navigate our myriad of complicated ever evolving rules on multiple occasions so helpful and kind and also sharp as a tack programming what we need in seconds.

I was reluctant to buy it because of the cost but after chasing a live rat around my front room I decided to buy it. I have to say it is brilliant. It works perfectly stopping unwanted cat presents which you would hope for the price but it’s the overall ease and functionality and quality of the cat flap and app that is so impressive. A really good product that is actually worth the money.

Genuinely game changing product

This cat flap is brilliant, my cat was bringing in prey constantly, and this cat flap put a total stop to it. In over a year it's blocked dozens of attempts from my cat, only missing one very small mouse that she has managed to hide almost completely in her mouth and was not easy to see, but everything else it's blocked perfectly, as well as several attempts from the neighbours cats to sneak in. I've been recommending this to all the cat owners I know, worth the price.
