Excellent cat flap!!!!!! Detects everything from rats, mice & elastic bands that my cats try to bring in lol! One cats microchip has slipped so it doesn’t pick him up so easily but we turned off the microchip detection and it’s now fine. No other cats try and get in so it’s no bother! Wouldn’t be without this cat flap and would highly recommend it for anyone with a murderous cat 🐈‍⬛ 🐭😂

Works perfect, blocked 5 mouse , never misses. Also blocked a bird and a big rat twice to enter the cat door.

We previously had a microchip cat flap, that worked well....but we had issues with our cat bringing in presents. And often we would either find her 'playing' with what she bought in or find the scene of a horror movie with blood and bits everywhere. With this in mind it made it hard to let our cat out when we are away also..and lastly I was fed up of my wife standing on a chair (she not a fan of mice!)

I found this on a crowdfunding site and whilst it was expensive, I felt it would provide a long term benefit to all.

Since it arrived I have been extremely impressed with it.

The detection is really good, and we haven't had one issue of not detecting.....

The app and notifications are good, and it provides a video of your cat entering and leaving.

With how well it works, it gives us the confidence to let the cat come and go even when we are not at home, which I'm sure the cat appreciates, as it's likes going out exploring.

Have had it for nearly a year now and has worked flawlessly so far, always catches when my cats bring prey in, it's an amazing product.

This cat flap does what it claims. Gifts and random cats are kept out. Only your cat can get in. Any issues are dealt with swiftly and their customer service is excellent. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Thank you Onlycat for designing the cat flap I needed!

Love love love this catflap. It has saved me from meny mice and birds inside my House. It works very Well. And on new years eve I could close the flap so my kitties didn’t get hurt from fireworks and rude drunk people.

Best purchase EVER. No more chasing mice around the house or waking up to half eaten remains on the sacrificial step!

We bought the Onlycat flap in December to stop accidentally stepping into dead mice in the morning or having to chase living mice through the house, which happened 3-4 times per week. It was delivered from the UK to EU within the predicted time frame. Installation was unproblematic (needed some creativity to get an electric line there, but otherwise no issue). The cat didn't mind the switch at all... until he tried to get in with the first mouse. He tried to get in with four separate mice (8 tries, then 4, then 2) and has since stopped trying to smuggle mice into the house. All cases were detected correctly. Sometimes a single frame of the video seems to have been flagged as (false) positive, but as this occured while the cat was already in transit, he wasn't denied entry erroneously. Fixed by lopping of one protruding branch of a bush in front of the flap. Only negative - our cat could hear the old flap unlock early in the morning. As the Onlycat makes no sound, he is unsure when he can leave and sometimes tries the flap every few seconds for an hour or more, which must be frustrating to him.

It is no exaggeration that buying the Onlycat cat flap has been by far my best and most worthwhile purchase for years. The daily gifts, dead or alive were really depressing me. It allows our cats to still enjoy their freedom but we have the comfort of knowing who is in or out, along with keeping an aggressive neighbouring cat locked out. The system works like a dream and should you have any queries or are in need of adjustments, there is a really friendly team very quick to respond and help and deserve a huge thank you for such a fantastic invention. My only regret is that it’s not been available for years - we are recommending to every cat owner we know.

I had seen previous Facebook ads from onlycat saying it was in development and I thought, yeah I bet.
So then the ads turned into ads for the final article being available. It was expensive but my furry ginger multi murderer really needed to stop leaving bits of his prey lying around for me to step in and I wondered if it might reduce his hunting altogether.
Umming and ahhhing for a while and reading lots of reviews I spent my hard earned £££ and hoped for a miracle.
Said miracle was soon installed and hey presto, no more cat bringing a 'friend' into the house.
This evening the colour on the colour strip changed from its usual green into a blue dot and I wondered if there was a problem so I emailed them for help. On a Sunday evening. I got a reply. On a sunday evening. All credit to them for excellent customer service.
It works, its great no, its really great. My cat is totally thwarted :)

This has transformed our lives. No more unwanted presents and we also know which cat is the culprit
