Order Cancellations (Before Delivery)
You may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery for a full refund.
 
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your cat flap within 30 days, provided it’s in ‘as new’ condition. A £35 restocking fee plus return shipping costs apply. Additional fees may apply if there are any marks or damage, based on the refurbishment required to resell the unit.
 
Warranty Terms (2-Year Standard Warranty):
If your device is found to have a fault due to a design or manufacturing defect, we’ll repair it free of charge on a return-to-factory basis during the 2-year warranty period.
In rare cases, if—after working closely with you—a fundamental defect is confirmed and cannot be resolved, we’ll accept a return and offer a refund or replacement.
 
Repair Policy (Warranty Coverage)
Over 95% of warranty requests are resolved through free repair and return. However, in a small number of cases, we’re unable to offer a free repair or accept a return. This typically occurs when the device has been opened without authorisation, damaged through mishandling, or otherwise used in a way that falls outside our warranty policy.
To avoid this, please contact OnlyCat Support if you’re experiencing any issues – we’re always happy to help.
 
Please don’t attempt to open or repair the device yourself without authorisation, as this may void the warranty.
 
While we reserve the right to charge the full cost of repair or replacement in such cases, our usual approach is to be transparent about the cause of the issue and offer repairs at cost where reasonable. Each case is reviewed individually, and we genuinely appreciate customers working with us constructively.
