Be aware! They maybe use to be good when they first started but they no longer are. Its a company full of thieves. They take your money and leave you with nothing but a sickening stomach ache. They dont care about any costumers or about the law, all they care about is stealing your money

A really wonderful product and changes the whole experience of living with cats, we have three and they hunt relentlessly, OnlyCat has been life changing for us! Well done the OnlyCat Team! Absolutely recommended.

The flap is working very well- the support helped me trough the installation because I had some trouble with this. I always get an answer really quick and at the end the phone support helped me.
Now I can see my cat trying to bring " presents" and have a good laugh every morning

The product is fantastic. My cat was bringing in live mice daily, which was an absolute nightmare (I got very good at catching mice!).

Within 10 hours of installation, the cat flap prevented entry with a mouse.

Mobile app could use a little tweaking (I experienced some minor bugs), but I honestly don’t care because there’s not a mouse trying to live under my fridge.

Thank you OnlyCat!!

This cat flap is a total game changer! Since installing it a month ago, it has flawlessly detected and kept out all 16 'gifts'—mice, rabbits, and rats—that my cat tried to smuggle in. I'm beyond impressed!

So far so good. Had it over a month. It stopped a present being delivered within 48 hours of being installed. It’s stopped numerous since. It works so quick it’s almost magical. I’m getting more sleep and haven’t chased a mouse for a while- win! Wish there were slightly more features/data on the app but happy nonetheless.

It really works - entry from hunting trips refused 100%. We had a Sureflap previously, so OnlyCat slipped in perfectly as a replacement. Our cat got used to it quickly to go out, but took a while to get used to the beeps on entry - and no doubt also because her very first attempted entry was refused - as there was a bird hanging from her jaws…
She now goes in and out happily, even immediately after she’s been locked out with prey. The poor prey is now played with outside instead of under our bed.
We’re away from home a lot and are delighted to have no more mouse traps indoors.
Good messenger service for queries on weekdays. They even replied to me at the weekend although this service is still being set up. Glad to be an early adopter at this start-up!

Fantastic product, the team are super supportive and helpful through all stages of the purchase🙂!

The ONLYCAT cat flap is soooooo clever. I must admit I was sceptical at how effective it would be. How wrong I was. On literally the second day of use, it blocked our cat trying to bring in a mouse, the app immediately reports, and the video is immediately sharable. Brilliant!

I’ve had a few teething problems, which I think are largely down to it being new tech, with the cat flap but the team have been responsive and helpful.

Overall I think this is a great bit of equipment and the team are pleasant to deal with so 5 stars from me.

Doesn’t need any words that haven’t already been said, but felt the need for a positive review. Total game changer, we’ve had this 10 days and it’s stopped 7 dead (or sometimes alive) things getting in to our house. At first it feels expensive, but for the amount it will save us in carpet cleaning fees, stress to find alive animals running loose in the house, destroyed bags of huel that a mouse had eaten… we’ll soon make our money back. Also so handy to stop certain cats getting out for things like vet trips. Absolutely genius piece of tech, thank you for thinking of it!

Fantastic product and fantastic care from the team. Above and beyond, we’re so grateful.

What an excellent product. Worth every penny. Gone are the days of presents literally every night! It’s also nice to keep an eye on when our two cats come in and out if we are away for a day.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Cat flap has worked well in stopping my cat from bringing in her “gifts”. It really has restored my peace of mind so I no longer worry about finding small corpses around the house. The customer service is very good; very responsive, usually within a few hours although I have to say that I’ve not had much cause to contact them often as set up and overall use has been easy. I like the notifications letting me know when my cat goes out and comes in. The cost of the cat flap did make me pause initially but I would say it is well worth the money. Happy customer. Thank you Onlycat

I have had this amazing cat flap installed now for about three months and I can honestly say it’s worth every single penny. I can now enjoy un interrupted sleep and actually go up to bed stress free.
Thank you so much OnlyCat for making such an amazing product. Very well done also for your customer service which is the best I’ve ever had to deal with. Always there to help and advise and always very quick to reply. Thank you thank you. If you are considering getting one of these, do not hesitate one minute. Fantastic!!!

Firstly I have to say the cat flap seems to be working for its main purpose, it’s keeping prey out which is brilliant.
However, the app seems not to work fully, I don’t get notifications/videos as promised and it fails to recognise my two cats microchips so I am unable to set up an entry policy to allow only my cats inside. It’s a very expensive cat flap so I’m quite annoyed that’s it’s not fully working.
Contacted the support team, slow response that only dealt with one (admittedly self imposed) issue, but ignored the other problems also listed.
So not great but also great to not be getting little furries in the house.

Update 1/7/25
Very kindly the team have managed to sort out some of the issues and have identified an intermittent fault so are organising a replacement. Hopefully that’ll solve the problem.

What a life changing product this is! No more picking up dead mice, or hunting down live ones in the house! I saw results within the first few days of it being installed! Easy straight swap from a Sure flap (same shape), and being mains powered means it can never run out of batteries and lock my cat out!
