Pendant deux ans, notre petit Gus a régulièrement (parfois trois fois dans la même nuit) ramené des souris vivantes, puis les a pourchassées dans toute la maison. On en était arrivés à disposer stratégiquement des boîtes en plastique dans la maison pour capturer ses proies plus vite. J'en étais au point de mal dormir, guettant le bruit de l'ancienne chatière, persuadé qu'il allait ramener de nouvelles victimes.
Depuis l'installation de la chatière onlycat en décembre, nous n'avons pas eu un seul invité indésirable. Elle a correctement identifié absolument chaque fois que Gus s'est approché avec de la contrebande dans la gueule. C'est un produit fantastique qui a vraiment amélioré mon sommeil et ma vie.
En plus, l'équipe onlycat a été disponible pour toutes les questions que j'ai eues. Cinq étoiles, ce n'est vraiment pas assez pour ce produit et cette équipe. MERCI.

For two years our little Gus was regularly (sometimes three times in one night) bringing in live mice, then chasing them around the house. We would find ourselves strategically leaving tuppaware containers around the house to aid the quick capture of his prey. It got to the point that I'd struggle sleeping, waiting to hear the old cat flap go, fully expecting him to be bringing in more victims.
Since the installation of the onlycat flap in December we have not had one uninvited guest. It has correctly identified every single time that Gus has approached with contraband in his mouth. It is a fantastic product that has genuinely improved my sleep/life.
In addition the onlycat team has been on hand to aid with any questions I have had. Five stars just isn't enough for this product/team. THANK YOU.

Un vrai changement ! Si quelqu'un d'autre redoute le claquement de la chatière, surtout à cette période de l'année, cela résout le problème et enlève énormément de stress.
Je vérifiais sans arrêt nos caméras de jardin quand ils sortaient, pour m'assurer qu'aucun des chats ne rapportait quelque chose que j'aurais à poursuivre dans la maison. Le passage depuis notre ancienne chatière à puce a été facile et l'application est plus stable.
Il y a des choses qui me manquent dans cette application, comme une liste rapide indiquant quel chat est dehors et lequel est dedans, mais OnlyCat y travaille et publie régulièrement des mises à jour qui ont aussi tiré des leçons des alertes de contrebande.
Si vous avez un chat ninja capable de déjouer le verrou intérieur – l'un des nôtres a compris comment l'abaisser et tirer la porte vers l'intérieur ! – vous pouvez faire réaliser une modification en option, mais faites-la avant l'expédition, sinon il faut redémonter la chatière et la renvoyer. Ils l'ont réglée et renvoyée en 3 jours, mais boucher le trou dans la porte pendant ce temps a été pénible.
Si vous avez des chats chasseurs et que vous ne voulez pas gérer le drame, il vous faut OnlyCat, sans aucun doute !

Absolute game changer! If anyone else fears the bang of the cat flap, especially at this time of year, this solves that problem and takes away a whole load of stress.
I was constantly checking our garden cameras when they went out to make sure one of the cats wasn't bringing anything back with them that I was going to have to chase round the house. It was easy to swap over from our previous microchip cat flap and the app has been more stable.
There are some things on this app that I miss, like a quick list of which cat is out and in, but OnlyCat are working on that and they regularly roll out updates that have also learnt that from the contraband alerts.
If you have a ninja cat that can defeat the locked in lock - one of ours worked out how to push it down and pull the door in! - you can get an optional modification done but make sure you get it done before it ships or you have to take the flap back out and send it back. They did sort it and return it within 3 days but covering the hole in the door up was a pain during that time.
If you have cats that hunt and don't want to deal with the drama you need OnlyCat in your life for sure!

Nous avons la chatière OnlyCat depuis plus d'un mois. Facile à configurer et à installer (remplacement rapide d'une SureFlap). J'adore voir les vidéos de mes garçons qui entrent et sortent au fil de la journée, tout en sachant que je ne vais pas rentrer et trouver des cadavres sur le tapis ou, pire, des bestioles vivantes en train de courir ! Chaque fois que j'ai eu besoin d'aide, ils ont répondu vite et ont tout réglé facilement. Excellent produit et une équipe qui semble vraiment tenir à bien faire les choses.

Had the Only at cat flap for over a month now. Easy to set up and install (quick swap from SureFlap), I love seeing the videos of my boys coming and going throughout the day, whilst knowing I'm not going to come home to carcases on the carpet or worse, live creatures running around! Notre chat utilisait une chatière classique depuis 2 ans sans jamais rapporter quoi que ce soit d'indésirable dans la maison. Il a le luxe d'entrer et de sortir à sa convenance. Fin avril, il a rapporté un tamia mort et éventré, et le lendemain une souris domestique vivante. J'ai crié son nom, il l'a lâchée, elle a filé sous le canapé, et nous avons acheté 20 pièges à glu et 10 tapettes. On n'a jamais attrapé cette satanée bestiole !! Après cela, nous avons verrouillé sa porte et il nous a rendus fous, miaulant pour sortir puis à la fenêtre pour rentrer. Après une recherche épuisante pour trouver une chatière qui n'autorise pas la « contrebande » à entrer, je suis tombée sur OnlyCat. Après avoir débattu du coût, du fait qu'il pourrait retrouver sa vie tranquille, et posé beaucoup de questions à l'entreprise, nous avons décidé que cela valait le coup. Nous l'avons emmené chez le vétérinaire pour le faire pucer, nous avons connecté la porte à notre Wi-Fi et elle a reconnu sa puce automatiquement. Au début, nous l'avions réglée pour qu'elle déverrouille dès la détection de la puce, mais la porte met 1 à 2 secondes à se déverrouiller et il se cognait la tête contre le battant puis repartait. Nous sommes passés en mode « apprentissage » pour que la porte ne verrouille pas, tout en veillant à activer l'option de détection de contrebande et de verrouillage. Après l'avoir fait passer deux ou trois fois, il a compris le principe et réalisé qu'il pouvait désormais entrer et sortir. Au début, il testait la porte avec sa patte pour vérifier qu'elle était ouverte. À hurler de rire sur le flux vidéo !! 😀 Avant-hier soir à 22h49, il a essayé de rapporter un mulot, trois fois la taille d'une souris domestique ! Je ne savais pas qu'il avait essayé, car je n'ai regardé la vidéo que plus tard dans la journée, après être allée dans le garage où gisait la souris morte, la tête posée à côté 🤢. J'ai posé un seau dessus et, quand mon mari est rentré, je lui ai dit : « La chatière s'est remboursée, il a essayé de rapporter une souris cette nuit. Elle est dans le garage sous le seau. » Mon mari a répondu : « C'est une grosse souris ! » Nous l'avons depuis une semaine et demie et elle a fait son travail dès la première fois ! J'aime un produit qui fait ce qu'il annonce 👍. J'espère que le chat comprendra qu'il ne peut rien rapporter, même si les petits-enfants et moi avons bien aimé « l'affaire de la contrebande » !!

Our cat has been using a regular cat door for 2 years with no issues bringing anything unwanted into the house. He has the luxury of coming & going at his leisure. In late April he brought home a dead, gutted chipmunk and the next day he brought home a live "house mouse". I yelled his name, he let it go, it ran under the couch, and we bought 20 glue traps and 10 mouse traps. Never did get the darn thing!! After that we locked his door and he proceeded to drive us nuts meowing to go out and then at the window to come in. After an exhaustive search trying to find a cat door that wouldn't allow "contraband" to enter the house, I came upon OnlyCat. After debating the cost and that he could go back to his life of leisure and asking lots of questions to the company, we decided it was worth it. We took him to the vet and got him microchipped and connected the door to our Wi-Fi and it recognized his chip automatically. We initially set it up to unlock when it detected his chip but it takes 1-2 seconds for the door to unlock itself and he would bump his head into the flap and then walk away. We changed it to the "training" mode so door does not lock but made sure to click on the detect contraband and lock door option. Once we passed him through a couple of times he got the hang of it and realized he could now come & go. Initially he would test the door with his paw to make sure it was open. Hysterical watching on the video feed!! 😀 Two nights ago at 10:49pm he tried to bring in a field mouse, 3 times the size of a house mouse! I didn't know he tried that as I didn't check the video until later in the day after I went into the garage and there was the dead mouse with his head lying next to him 🤢. I put a pail over it and when my husband got home I said, "The cat door paid for itself, he tried to bring in a mouse last night. It's in the garage under the pail." My hubby said, "That's a big mouse!" We've had it for 1-1/2 weeks and it did its job the first time! Love a product that works as advertised 👍. Hopefully the cat will learn he can't bring anything in with him, although the grandkids & I enjoyed the "contraband caper"!!

Tout simplement la meilleure chatière. Si tu as un chat qui rapporte sans arrêt des « cadeaux » (certains plus vivants que d'autres), ce sera le meilleur achat de ton année. Elle détecte vraiment les proies dans la gueule du chat, la fabrication est très solide et en plus elle est très belle ! Je ne m'étais jamais posé la question de l'esthétique d'une chatière, jusqu'à ce que je voie à quel point celle d'OnlyCat était réussie, et maintenant je ne peux plus regarder une autre chatière sans me dire que celle d'OnlyCat est bien plus jolie. Si tu as une belle porte, autant y mettre une belle chatière !
La communication a aussi été excellente, toutes mes questions ont eu une réponse rapide, ce qui aide toujours. 10/10, je recommande, ça va changer ta vie !

Simply the best cat flap. If you have a cat that keeps bringing 'presents' (some presents being more alive than others), this will be the best thing you'll buy all year. It really works at detecting prey in your cat's mouth, is a very solid build, and looks great! I hadn't considered about the aesthetics of a cat flap, until I saw how nice the OnlyCat one was, and now I can't look at another cat flat without thinking how much better the OnlyCat one is. If you have a nice door, then it only makes sense to get a nice cat flap!
Communication with them has also been great, answered any questions/queries quickly which always helps. 10/10 would recommend, it will change your life!

J'ai attendu 9 longues années avant de pouvoir dormir une nuit entière sans craindre que ma chatte adorée me rapporte des cadeaux vivants dont il faut ensuite s'occuper. Cela voulait dire me lever jusqu'à 5 fois par nuit pour la faire entrer et sortir et vérifier qu'elle n'avait rien d'indésirable dans la gueule.
Je suis toujours un peu sceptique pour les gros achats : est-ce que ça en vaut la peine, est-ce que ça fait vraiment ce qui est promis ? Je n'aurais pas dû m'inquiéter, ça en vaut 100 % la peine, j'ai retrouvé mes nuits et je peux repartir en vacances parce que la famille accepte à nouveau de garder la chatte. La détection de proies marche à merveille et l'appli a plein de fonctions supplémentaires dont je ne pensais ni avoir besoin ni me servir. Si seulement ça avait existé il y a des années.

I’ve waited 9 long years to be able to sleep the whole night without the worry of my much loved cat bringing me unwanted live presents to deal with. This has meant getting up & down up to 5 times a night to let her in & out & check her jaws are free of unwanted presents.
Always a little skeptical with big purchases, are they worth it, do they do what they say on the tin. Shouldn’t have worried 100% worth it, got my sleep nights back & can go on holiday as family will now cat sit again. The prey detection works a dream & lots of extra features on the app I didn’t think I’d need nor use. Wish this had been around years ago.

This product works brilliantly! Our cat is a stealthy killer of anything smaller than a possum . It would regularly bring in bunnies, lizards, and rats, and being in Texas, snakes. She has tried several times to bring in various types of prey only to be blocked - I highly enjoyed seeing the technology work! J'adore la OnlyCat – j'ai fait partie des premiers soutiens et la chatière est installée depuis un an maintenant. Un excellent produit, et la tranquillité de savoir qu'aucune marchandise de contrebande ne passera. L'appli évolue au fur et à mesure que de nouvelles fonctions arrivent, mais elle fait déjà exactement ce dont on a besoin : gérer les profils, le couvre-feu, voir qui est entré et sorti, et reconnaître les puces de nos chats et de ceux du quartier. Comme pour tout produit, il peut y avoir quelques soucis, mais OnlyCat s'est montré très réactif et proactif pour identifier ce qui se passait – parfois même avant que nous ayons repéré le problème.
Au final : je recommande vivement. Bravo à l'équipe, et j'ai hâte de voir le succès de la communauté OnlyCat !

Love the OnlyCat - was an early backer and had the flap in for a year now - such a great product and reassurance that no contraband will come through. The app is evolving as more functionality comes out, but it does exactly what you need it to right now - help manage profiles, curfew, see who has come in/out and recognise chips of our and neighbourhood cats. Like any product there may be some issues, but found onlycat very responsive and proactive in identifying what's happening - sometimes before we even spotted the issue.
Overall - thoroughly recommend - well done to the team and look forward to seeing the success from the onlycat community!

La OnlyCat est un excellent produit ! Surtout en été, ma chatte rapporte beaucoup de souris et d'oiseaux à l'intérieur (qui sont encore vivants...).
Après avoir installé la OnlyCat, ma maison est enfin sans proies !
L'installation a été plutôt facile, car elle correspond aux dimensions et aux trous de vis de ma chatière précédente. Par ailleurs, il a été vraiment simple d'associer la puce de ma chatte et d'activer une règle de porte. J'ai eu quelques soucis avec l'application au début, mais c'était à cause du VPN qui était actif. Après l'avoir désactivé, tout a fonctionné parfaitement !
Les premières semaines, ma chatte avait un peu peur d'entrer depuis l'extérieur (peut-être à cause des lumières infrarouges ?), mais après quelques passages elle s'y est habituée et entre et sort plusieurs fois par nuit.
Excellent produit, recommandation 5 étoiles ! 🥳

The OnlyCat is a great product! Especially in the summer, my cat brings a lot of mouses and birds inside (which are still alive...).
After installing the OnlyCat, my house is finally prey free!
Installing was quite easy, cause it fits the dimensions and screw holes of my previous cat flap. Besides that, it was really easy to pair the chip of my cat and activate a door policy. Had some trouble with the app in the beginning, but that was because of the VPN which was active. After disabling it, it worked flawlessly!
The first weeks my cat was a bit afraid of entering from the outside (maybe because of the infrared lights?), but after a couple of times she was used to it, entering and exits multiple times a night.

Mon mari a installé cette porte sans difficulté et elle a empêché ma chatte de rapporter un campagnol dès le premier jour ! Depuis, nous avons vu plusieurs blocages ET il n'y a eu aucun raté. My husband easily installed this door and it stopped my cat from bringing in a vole the very first day! Since then we’ve seen several stops AND there haven’t been any misses. Je ne dirai jamais assez de bien de cette entreprise et de ce produit. Pendant des années, avec différents chats et surtout avec notre mâle de deux ans, nous avons dû vivre avec des souris, des rats et des oiseaux rapportés à la maison. Notre jeune monsieur nous a rapporté un rat vivant et l'a lâché dans la chambre, quelle gentillesse ! Cette chatière change tout. I cannot praise this company and product enough. For years with different cats and in particular with our 2 year old boy we have had to live with them bringing in mice and rats and birds. Our young man brought in a live rat and dropped it in the bedroom for us, so kind! This cat flap is a game changer. I can go to bed and keep my bedroom door open and sleep easy. OnlyCat m'a sauvé la santé mentale.
J'en avais assez des nuits sans cesse hachées et des souris vivantes ou mortes à évacuer à 4 h du matin – et le plus souvent des oiseaux vivants mais blessés, à toute heure de la journée. Sans être parfait à 100 %, OnlyCat a tout changé et m'a sauvé la santé mentale.
Il filme le chat qui entre dans la chatière et se verrouille dès qu'il y a le moindre signe de « marchandise interdite » dans sa gueule. Je ne suis pas très doué en technique, mais pour faire simple, toutes les vidéos sont envoyées sur le serveur d'OnlyCat où le programme apprend, évolue, s'adapte et s'améliore au bénéfice de tous les utilisateurs et des nouveaux acheteurs. Les utilisateurs peuvent joindre l'entreprise par e-mail, via le groupe d'utilisateurs Facebook, par message et même par téléphone, et ils sont vraiment très désireux d'aider.

OnlyCat has saved my sanity.
I was fed up with frequent nights of broken sleep and having to remove live or dead mice at 4am - and usually live but injured birds at all times of the day. Whilst not 100% perfect, OnlyCat has changed all of that and saved my sanity.
It videos the cat entering the flap and locks, if there is any sign of 'contraband' in the cats mouth. I'm not too good on the technical stuff but put simply everyone videos are uploaded to the OnlyCat server where the programme learns, evolves, adapts and improves for the benefit of all users and new purchasers. Users also have access to the company via email, Facebook user group, message and even telephone and they are super keen to help.
All in all I'm very pleased with the product and the amazing company support and very happy to recommend it to anyone.

Nous avons retrouvé notre qualité de vie
Nous utilisions déjà une chatière SureFlap. Malheureusement, nos deux chats préfèrent nous livrer leurs proies vivantes (souris, oiseaux, chauves-souris, vers de terre).
Les nuits de pluie, nous devions souvent courser des souris dans la maison à plusieurs reprises. Cela nous mettait les nerfs à vif. Les oiseaux qui salissaient toute la maison pendant que nous étions au travail avant d'être plumés malgré tout appartiennent aussi au passé.
La chatière était en stock et la livraison nous est parvenue en une semaine. À la livraison, environ 35 € de frais de douane étaient dus. Le paiement se faisait par carte bancaire ou virement anticipé.
L'installation a été simple, car la chatière s'adapte à l'ouverture SureFlap. La OnlyCat a toutefois besoin d'électricité. Une prise doit être à portée.
Au début, notre chatière n'apparaissait pas comme appareil dans l'application. L'assistance a résolu ce problème immédiatement.
L'application est désormais disponible en allemand, ce qui rend la prise en main nettement plus facile.
Un des chats entrait et sortait au bout de 2 jours seulement. Le second a eu besoin de deux semaines pour s'en servir.
Les proies ont été détectées dès le début ! Quel gain pour notre vie.

Wir hatten bereits eine SureFlap Katzenklappe in Gebrauch. Leider bevorzugen unsere zwei Katzen uns ihre Beute lebendig zu überbringen (Mäuse, Vögel, Fledermäuse, Regenwürmer).
In regnerischen Nächten mussten wir oft mehrmals Mäuse im Haus jagen. Es zehrte an unseren Nerven. Auch Vögel, die während wir in der Arbeit waren, das Haus vollk….. und dann doch noch gerupft wurden, gehören nun der Vergangenheit an.
Die Klappe war auf Lager und die Lieferung war innerhalb einer Woche bei uns. Bei Lieferung wurden ~35€ Zollgebühren fällig.
Bezahlung ging per Kreditkarte oder Vorab-Überweisung.
Installation war einfach, da die Klappe in die SureFlap-Öffnung passt. Jedoch benötigt die OnlyCat Strom. Eine Steckdose muss in Reichweite sein.
Unsere Klappe wurde erst nicht in der App als Gerät angezeigt. Der Support löste dieses Problem umgehend.
Inzwischen gibt es die App auch in „Deutsch“, was das Handling deutlich einfacher macht.
Eine Katze ging bereits nach 2 Tagen ein- und aus. Die 2. Katze brauchte zwei Wochen um sie zu nutzen.
Beute wurde von Anfang an erkannt! Was für ein Gewinn für unser Leben.

Après quelques périodes stressantes où des invités indésirables étaient ramenés à la maison par notre chatière classique, nous nous sommes intéressés à la chatière OnlyCat – et ce fut une révélation : installation facile, application simple à configurer, et nous suivons les allées et venues de nos chats.
C'est vraiment une révolution dans la technologie des chatières, et ce doit être le meilleur produit du marché.
À ceux qui s'interrogent sur le prix : ne vous inquiétez pas, c'est un excellent produit, extrêmement bien fabriqué, et vous ne regretterez pas votre achat.
La technologie est vraiment impressionnante et la qualité vidéo est remarquable.
Maintenant nous dormons bien la nuit sans nous demander ce que fabrique notre petit chasseur.
Si vous aimez votre chat et que vous voulez lui donner la liberté qu'il mérite, c'est le produit parfait pour vous.

Best purchase this year
Well after some stressful times with unwanted guests being brought home through our standard cat flap - we looked at the OnlyCat flap - well it has been a revelation - easy fitting and setting up of the app and monitoring our cats movements in and out.
It is truly a revolution in cat flap technology and must be the best product on the market.
For those that question the cost - please don’t worry - for it is a great product - extremely well made and you will not regret purchasing it.
The technology is so impressive and the quality of the video is outstanding.
Now we can have a good nights sleep without wondering what our little hunter is up to.
If you love your cat and want them to have the freedom they deserve - this is the perfect product for you.
